- Registration form (as per the Tam Anh Research Institute’s template)
- Two 3×4 photos (taken during the last six months)
- A copy of your highest qualification (degree or diploma)
- A copy of your national ID
2. Process
- Please email daotao.nckhta@gmail.com scanned copies of all necessary documents by December 15, 2023, at 4 p.m. Students are required to present evidence of a successful tuition transfer once the organizing committee has confirmed that the application is complete
- Send in the hard copy of your documents via postal service to the Training Department of Tam Anh Research Institute – 2B Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Applications will be closed once capacity has been met (the organizing committee will notify applicants via email)

Note
If a student is unable to attend the course after paying the tuition fee and submitting the application, it is important to inform the Institute at least 3 days before the start date. This will allow the Institute to provide assistance in refunding the paid tuition fee. Students will not be eligible for refunds after that, regardless of the circumstances.
