Two 3×4 photos (taken during the last six months)
Notarized copies of your medical degree and license to practice, or confirmation from the appropriate agency
2. Process
Please email daotao.nckhta@gmail.com scanned copies of all necessary documents by November 13, 2023, at 4 p.m. Students are required to present evidence of a successful tuition transfer once the organizing committee has confirmed that the application is complete
Hand in (hard copy) to the organizing committee in the Lecture Hall of the Tam Anh Research Institute on the first day of the training course
Applications will be closed once capacity has been met (the organizing committee will notify applicants via email).
Students are responsible for their own food and housing
01 course deferrals for personal reasons are permitted with one week’s notice to the organizing committee prior to the start of classes
Students are responsible for paying any difference in tuition resulting from a change in tuition rates for subsequent terms
