On October 28th 2025, in the United Kingdom, in the presence of General Secretary To Lam and Professor Irene Tracey – Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford, the Tam Anh Research Institute, the Tam Anh General Hospital Group and the University of Oxford jointly signed a cooperation agreement to implement training exchanges, research and innovation in the medical field. During the formal reception for the General Secretary, Prof Irene Tracey remarked that the cooperation agreements reflect the University of Oxford’s shared commitment to accompanying Vietnamese organisations in nurturing talent, supporting innovation and addressing the global challenges of our time.
