• Individuals who are members of the Infection Prevention and Control Council and Infection Prevention and Control network of Tam Anh General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City and have yet to obtain their 5-day training certificate.
• Personnel lacking the 5-day training certificate that the infection control department has recommended.
