Event Announcement: Seminar “Series – MSK Imaging”

Tam Anh Research Institute and Tam Anh General Hospital in HCMC will host the seminar titled “Series – MSK Imaging” at the institute’s auditorium on December 14-15, 2024. This international event is expected to draw diagnostic radiologists and orthopedic specialists, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The seminar features many presentations from international and local medical experts

The event is honored to welcome distinguished speakers, including:

• Prof Mahesh Prakash, MD – Chairperson, Education and Training committee, Asian Musculoskeletal Society (AMS)
• Prof Harun Gupta, MD – Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Lecturer at Leeds Teach Hospital NHS Trust, Leeds, UK
• Chaitali Parekh, MD – Consultant Musculoskeletal and Interventional Radiologist at Pulse Chain of Diagnostic Centers, Mumbai and Director at Joint Ultrasound and Interventional Clinic (JUIC), Mumbai, India

In addition to international speakers, the event will also showcase presentations from medical professionals from Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology Center at Tam Anh General Hospital in HCMC, including:

• Nguyen Quang Trong, MD – Secretary General of Vietnam Ultrasound Society & Head of Ultrasound Department
• Vo Thi Minh Tuyet, MD – Head of the Musculoskeletal Imaging Unit
• Vo Duy – Head of the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Unit

The two-day event will feature many lectures and interactive workshops, including:

• Advanced MRI techniques in musculoskeletal imaging
• Imaging of hip joints, including the femoral head and labral cartilage
• MRI of the brachial and lumbar plexus
• Post-surgical imaging of hip and knee joints
• Hands-on MRI case review sessions
