The internal training session, expertly led by specialist Dr. Hoang Le Phuc, focused on equipping Tam Anh medical team with a comprehensive skill set: from foundational knowledge of ChatGPT and effective practical skills to the critical thinking necessary to master the technology.

The training program delved into various applications with practical examples, transforming ChatGPT from a technological concept into an intelligent “virtual assistant” in daily work.

1.2 Enhancing clinical workflow performance

Beyond being just a tool, Dr. Hoang Le Phuc outlined a comprehensive vision for digital transformation in healthcare, with AI and ChatGPT as indispensable components. As technology evolves, the role of modern healthcare professionals and researchers is shifting toward becoming managers of these tools, by learning how to issue precise commands to maximize potential, rigorously verifying all information to ensure patient safety, and ultimately mastering the technology for seamless integration into daily workflows.
Mastering technologies like ChatGPT lays the foundation for Tam Anh General Hospital Group’s medical team to build a fully digital healthcare ecosystem, where technology helps reduce administrative burdens, enabling doctors and healthcare professionals to devote more time and dedication to clinical expertise and patient care.
